Bentley's Pet Stuff Grand Opening
Hurricane Harvey rescues Pearl and Rugby Mattie Jane had the honor of meeting Bentley's Pet Stuff founders, Lisa and Giovanni Senafe, at the grand opening of their new flagship store in Schaumburg. Pearl and Rugby didn't know it, but they were rubbing elbows (and paws) with some really cool humans.
We've known Lisa and Gio since the days back when they had just one little store in Arlington Heights, enthusiastically letting us put a donation jar on their counter and inviting us out for adoption events. We are so proud of how much they've grown, and how much they continue to give back to their communities while doing so. Not only was Bentley's so incredibly generous during our supply drive for Hurricane Harvey pets, they sent their own trucks full of donated supplies as well. Now, their new Bentley's Pet Stuff Schaumburg location has amazing self-serve dog washes, and all proceeds from those dog washes for the rest of the year will be donated to help with hurricane relief! Pretty cool, right?
We are so grateful that Lisa, Gio, and the entire Bentley's Pet Stuff family has continued to support Young at Heart as we have grown as well. They are also one of the Triple Level Sponsors of our Silver Paws Gala 2017 - Play Ball! on October 21st, giving back to homeless pets in yet another amazing way. Their new Schaumburg store is beautiful, so go check it out and bring your dog with for a self-serve bath! You'll be supporting an amazing company and supporting hurricane relief at the same time! Congratulations on another great store Lisa and Gio!
