Welcome to the good life, Mae!

This adorable smiling girl is another Young at Heart new arrival - meet Mae! Found as a stray, no one came looking for her at animal control, and all too quickly her time was up. But instead of perishing at animal control, Mae is now settling into her foster home and figuring out that she is okay. She's sweet, good with mellow dogs, seems ok about kitties, and is also house trained. Mae has some pretty advanced arthritis, so we've started her on a regimen of medications and supplements to bring her comfort. She is also heartworm positive, so we'll begin treating her for that, too. None of that gets this happy girl down though! Mae's smile and tail wags never stop. Someone will be so lucky to love this sweet girl, and to spoil her in her golden years like she deserves. Welcome to the good life, Mae!
